Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any AeroNexus application (including AeroHour, AeroPax, AeroOps, AeroFleet Log, AeroExaminer, AeroVigil, and AeroPerf), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

AeroNexus applications are aviation software tools including digital pilot logbooks, fleet management, safety management, performance calculations, and related services. They are record-keeping and operational tools and do not replace any regulatory requirement for physical logbooks or records where required by your aviation authority. You are responsible for ensuring your records comply with applicable regulations.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We provide the infrastructure to store it. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide AeroNexus services. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Accuracy

AeroNexus applications provide currency calculations, flight time totals, performance calculations, and other computed values as convenience tools. These calculations are based on the data you enter and the rules configured for your regulatory authority. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all calculations against your authority's requirements. AeroNexus is not a substitute for professional regulatory advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Enter deliberately false flight records or operational data
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

8. Pricing

AeroHour is free to use. Other AeroNexus applications may be offered under free or paid plans as described on our pricing page. Optional paid features are clearly marked and priced before purchase. We reserve the right to introduce additional paid features in the future, but core AeroHour logbook functionality will remain free.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
